4 men attack, rob milk man for demanding pending bill

Nagpur: A group of four persons including a father-son duo attacked a man and robbed Rs 66,000 when demanded pending dues of milk he supplied to them. Instead of paying the milk money, the four accused.

A resident of Friends Colony, Katol Road, Ajay Taraprasad Shukla (45) told Jaripatka police that the accused Mahendra Hosalaprasad Mourya (38) of Ramainagar used to supply milk to him. A dispute between Ajay and accused Mahendra was going on over milk bill of Rs 1 lakh. On Thursday around 2.45 pm, Ajay went to the Ramainagar residence of accused Mahendra and demanded his milk money. However, instead of giving the money, Mahendra called Ajay into his house and along with three other accused Hosalaprasad Mourya (60), his father, Manish Pali (38) and another unidentified accused attacked Ajay with iron and wooden rods and snatched Rs 1000 from his pocket. Moreover, the four accused also removed Rs 65,000 Ajay had kept in the dicky of his two-wheeler forcibly.

Jaripatka API Hanvate, on the basis of Ajay’s complaint, has booked the four accused under Sections 394, 34 of the IPC and probing the matter further.
