Nagpur: A father-son duo was attacked in front of their apartment by four goons over old dispute. The father received serious head injuries and has been admitted in a private hospital in Dhantoli. The incident took place in Kalamna area here on Wednesday night.
The complainant Sumit Pratap Manchanda (25), resident of Flat No. 307, MB Town, Chandranagar, Kalamna, was returning home along with his father Pratap Rupchand Manchanda (55) around 9 pm on Wednesday. As they reached near the gate of their apartment, a goon named Shashank and his three accomplices attacked them with an iron rod over old dispute. The attack left Pratap Manchanda with serious head injuries. He was taken to Neuron Hospital in Dhantoli for treatment.
Kalamna PSI S B Jadhav has booked the four accused under Sections 326, 34 of the IPC and searching for them.
