3rd National HR Conclave inaugurated

Nagpur: “In an era of cut-throat competition in industrial and organisational level, human recourse plays a vital role to shape the future of not only employees, but an entire organisation. The dynamics in HR are constantly changing, both small and big scale industries and organisations feel the need of a strong and well rounded HR, to make a pathway for success,” says Union Minister Nitin Gadkari while addressing the concluding day of the “3rd National HR Conclave-2015” organised by Raisoni Group.

The National HR Conclave has witnessed participation by a plethora of experts from business, academician, and delegates from industrial level. Sessions held at the conclave stressed on the changing dynamics in the human recourse- which was discussed by diversity of panelists.

The function was inaugurated at the hands of Union minister Nitin Gadkari. He stressed on innovation, integrity and finding a way through will. The keynote address was by founding partner SME consultants Harsh Chopra.

Eminent experts, HR gurus from the corporate world were some of the speakers in the conclave where they shared knowledge with the visiting delegates. CEO and chief coach, Dr Ushy’s Wisdom Works, Bangalore, Dr Ushy Mohan Das summed up the themes and came up with the key points for success.

With the motto of ‘Where there is a will there is not only a way’ but a highway and for a superwill there is a runway.
