Nagpur: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education will conduct HSSC ( XIIth ) examination from February 21 and Xth examiantion will start from March 3.
As the exam dates are coming closer, the Nagpur division is working on war footing for the preparations. This year the number of students appearing for both exams are less compared to last year. The number of examination centres have also decreased this year around.
According to information the question papers of examination have also started reaching the the Nagpur board office. The board is working hard to ensure ‘copy free’ examination this year .
This year from Nagpur division around 1,56,820 students have registered for the HSSC examination,while 2 lakh,368 students will be appearing for SSC class examination. A drop of around 7,000 students can be seen in HSSC this year and around 4,000 less students in SSC.
The examination cards for HSSC have been sent to the respective schools. The examination cards of SSC is expected soon.
Examination centres:
441 for 12th, 661 for 10th
Last year there were 444 examination centres forHSSC in Nagpur division consisting of Bhandara, Gondia, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli and Wardha . This year the examination will be conducted at 411 centers.For SSC there will be 661 examination centres.
