A 39-year old woman employee was raped frequently by her employer with the force of sacking threat and also threatening to kill her. The accused employer has been booked by Tehsil police.
The woman in complaint to the police said that she was working in the establishment of the accused Issac Bhai (32), resident of Hingna, District Nagpur. The accused, from November 8 to August 8, misbehaved and molested her by indulging in obscene actions and later raped her by threatening her with removing her from employment and doling out life threats as well. The accused also warned the woman of dire consequences if she opened her mouth. Fed up with the humiliation the woman registered a case in Tehsil Police Station.
Senior PSI Wadaskar has booked the accused Issac Bhai under Sections 354, 376, 506 of IPC and probing the matter further.
