Nagpur: In another strange incident, a 35-year-old man had gone from the rear and held a 32-year-old woman who had gone to throw garbage in the garbage bin and out-raged her modesty in Ajni area on April 22, 2016.
According to police sources, the accused, Shailesh Madhukar Patil aged 35-years and a resident of Plot No 30, Bhadewal had gone from the rear and held a 32-year-old woman living in the area (who had gone to throw garbage in the garbage bin) and did some actions which out-raged her modesty in Ajni area on April 22, 2016.
However, when the woman raised an alarm, the other women sitting in the area started shouting at the accused and abused him.

On the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim woman, Police Sub Inspector N B Gawande of Ajni Police Station registered a case under sections 354, 509 and 294 of Indian Penal Code against the accused and is investigating further.
