3 men die in separate road accidents

Three persons lost their lives in separate road accidents on Friday. One of the deceased has not been identified.

In the first incident, Chandrapur resident Dheeraj Tate (36) was going to his hometown from Nagpur on his motorcycle (Mh-34/W 4790) on Friday. As he neared Gosi Manapur area, a trailer truck (UP-70/2592) collided with his motorcycle. The seriously injured Dheeraj died on the spot. The trailer driver fled the spot along with his vehicle and is being searched by Hingna police.

The second incident occurred in Kalamna area. A 55-year old unidentified man was knocked dead by an unidentified vehicle near Kapsi Flyover on Bhandara Road.

In the third incident, a Jaihind Nagar resident Arvind Khurpadi was going to Jaripatka on his two-wheeler (MH-31/PV 6443) around 5.30 pm on Friday. Midway, a TVS Centro bike hit Arvind’s vehicle with forceful impact and left him grievously injured. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead by doctors there.

Mankapur PSI Chaudhary has registered a case of accidental death and searching the TVS Centro rider.
