Nagpur Spirits Round Table 258 had a one of its kind outbound Annual General Meeting on the 23rd of July at the luxurious Vanraj Resort, Pench.
The AGM started at 6.00 pm and was conducted by the outgoing Chairman Tr Nitin Gopalani. He thanked the Area Observer and incoming Area Chairman Tr Devendra Gandhi, NLC CP Cr Disha Gopalani and all the other dignitaries who were there to be the part of the 2nd AGM. He also thanked his headboard and the floor members of the table for their hard work and dedication. He felicitated retiring Tr IPC Samir Agrawal and congratulated him as he was made the HT of NSRT 258. The also congratulated Sharad Agrawal for being chosen to be the jewel.
The outgoing Chairman then wished luck to the new headboard comprising of
Tr Sanket: Chairman.
Tr Kshitiz: Vice Chairman.
Tr Gautam: Secretary.
Tr Ankush: Treasurer.
Emotional prevailed when the then Chairman, Tr Nitin addressed the floor for the last time. He awarded his headboard and the tablers who did outstanding work.

The serious proceedings of AGM was followed the “Shimmer & Shine” party which carried on till late in the night.
The guests were in for yet another surprise the next morning, Sunday, with a “foam and pool party”.
The AGM and parties were so well organized by Convener Tr Vishesh Agrawal that all the tablers were heard saying that it was the best ever AGM they have attended.
