Nagpur: Non-applying common sense and urinating at a public place proved costly for two teenagers as they were abducted forcibly and thrashed severely by a ‘paan thela’ owner and his accomplices. One of the teenagers has been admitted in a hospital but the whereabouts of other are not known.
The trouble started when the two teenagers Bobby Anil Bhainwar (20), resident of Mangalwari New Colony, along with his friend Chhotu Tayade, was returning home after attending birthday party of his uncle around 11.30 am on Tuesday. Midway, both Bobby and Chhotu stopped near NMC Garden in Mangalwari for urination. This nonsensical act of Bobby and Chhotu evoked an angry reaction from a nearby ‘Paan thela’ owner named Firoze, resident of Goa Colony, and his accomplices.
A wordy duel erupted between the two parties. In the fit of anger, the accused Firoze and his accomplices forced Bobby and Chhotu to seat on two motorcycles and took them to other part of the area. There Bobby and Chhotu were thrashed severely with sticks. After the incident, the accused fled the spot. Bobby was anyhow rushed to Mayo Hospital by some of his friends but the whereabouts of Chhotu Tayade are not known.
Sadar Lady PSI S S Chavan has booked the accused Firoze and his accomplices under Sections 363, 324, 34 of IPC and launched a hunt to nab them as well as trace the missing Chhotu.
