Nagpur: Nandanvan police have rounded up two juvenile boys for allegedly forcing an 11-year-old boy into having ‘unnatural sex’ with them on Thursday afternoon. The accused duo also reportedly threatened the survivor to kill him if he disclosed their act to anyone.
According to police, the survivor was alone at his home, when the accused duo barged inside his house on Thursday afternoon. The duo then showed obscene clips to survivor and reportedly raped him. The juvenile boys also threatened him with dire consequences if he narrates anything about the incident.
In the evening, when survivor’s parents got home, the 11-year-old then narrated his ordeal to their parents, following which all approached Nandanvan police station and filed complaint.
Cops have booked the juvenile accused under Sections 377, 506, 34 of the IPC, read with 3,4 of the POCSO Act 2012.
