Nagpur News : Asking for neighbour’s proved costly to a 17-year-old girl when she went to ask for a dish to her neighbour who pushed her into a store room and raped her. Gittikhadan police have booked the rapist and started their investigations.
As per information, the 17-year-old victim went to ask for a dish to her neighbour’s house around 10.30 am on Wednesday. The accused Ramprasad Aamdare (45), who was probably alone in the house at that moment, asked the girl to come inside and wait while he brings the dish. When the girl entered the house, Aamdare grabbed the girl and to prevent her from screaming, he blocked her mouth with his palm. The accused then pushed the girl into the store room and brutally raped the girl. After satisfying his greed, the accused left the girl. The victim reached her house and narrated her ordeal to her family members.
Fearing consequences of his deeds, the accused fled away from the scene. Meanwhile, Gittikhadan police have registered an offence under Sections 376 (2), (g) read of the IPC with Sub Sections 4 and 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012. Cops are on search for the accused.
