Nagpur: A 16-year old girl has gone missing mysteriously since appearing for her paper between April 18 and 30, 2018. The teenage girl could have been kidnapped by unidentified person(s).
A resident of Jaripatka, the father of the 16-year old girl told police that he along with his family had gone to Bhandara on April 18, 2018. His teenage daughter returned to Nagpur since she had to appear for paper. However, when he and his wife returned to Nagpur on Monday (April 30), they could not find their daughter at home. They searched her frantically at all possible place but in vain. Finally, a missing complaint was registered with Jaripatka police.
Jaripatkapolice constable Pandurang, as per Supreme Court directives that if a minor boy or girl goes missing then the case be treated that of kidnapping, registered an offence under Section 363 of the IPC and launched a search to trace the girl.
