16 people killed in landslide in Arunachal Pradesh’s Tawang area

Itanagar: In an unfortunate incident, at least 16 people were killed in a landslide in Tawang area of Arunachal Pradesh on Friday.

The landslide took place near village Phamla in Tawang.
As per ANI news agecny, rescue operations have now ended and 16 bodies have been recovered.
A team of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) has left for the spot in Tawang.
