Nagpur: Three teenage girls and a boy went missing from different areas and have reportedly been kidnapped.
A Lakadganj-based 17-year old girl left home for going to tuition around 8 am on Wednesday. As the girl failed to return home, a search was launched by relatives to trace her but in vain. Since then the girl has gone missing and has reportedly been kidnapped by a person(s).
Lakadganj Assistant PSI R Upadhyay as per Supreme Court directive that if any minor girl or boy goes missing then the case be treated of kidnapping has registered a case under Section 363 of the IPC and searching the girl.
Similarly, another 17-year old girl, resident of Sakkardara, left home between 10 am and 2 pm on May 24 without informing her parents. The girl’s relatives searched her at all possible places but could not find her. PSI Wakode has registered a case of kidnapping under Section 363 and searching her.
A 16-year old girl went missing after she left her Pratapnagar home on Tuesday without informing her maternal uncle. Pratapnagar PSI Shirke has registered a case under Section 363 of the IPC.
In Lakadganj area, a 13-year old boy named Satyam Sunil Dongre, resident of Sweeper Colony, near Gangabai Ghat is missing since 2 pm of Tuesday. Satyam left home without informing his mother Sarla (42). Sarla has expressed suspicion that someone lured her son and abducted him.
PSI Gadekar has registered a case under Section 363 and launched a search to trace the 13-year old kid.
