Nagpur: The final decision against the minor involved in atrocious murder of eight year old Yug Chandak could not be made on Friday. The Juvenile court’s decision on where to send the minor for rehabilitation will, now, be declared on upcoming Wednesday.

The other two accused in the case, Rajesh Daware and Arvind Singh have already been convicted and issued a death sentence. The final decision on third accused, who happens to be a minor, is yet to come. The minor can be charged with a fine and also charged for social work as a punishment for his engagement in the heinous crime. The charges against him have been proved against sec 363, 364 (A) and 120 (B) of IPC.

Yug was kidnapped and murdered by Rajesh Daware and Arvind Singh on September 1, 2014. The two had executed the crime to exact revenge against the doctor who had dismissed Daware , an employee in Chandak’s hospital, for misappropriating money.
