Youth’s head found stuck on train’s staircase at Nagpur stn

Nagpur: Quite a furore was created at Nagpur railway station when a man’s head, slashed away from the body, was found stuck in the staircase of ladies bogie of Secunderabad Express which arrived here on Saturday morning.

The youth’s rest of the body was recovered off the tracks near Kazipeth in Warangal district of Telangana. It was later revealed that the youth might have committed suicide by jumping in front of the train near Kazipeth. Meanwhile, Kazipeth Railway police arrived here and took away the head with them.

Sources informed that the train number 12771 Secunderabad-Nagpur Express arrived Nagpur station at platform no. 6 at 8.20 am on Saturday. During the train’s inspection the RPF staff spotted the head stuck in the staircase of ladies bogie next to the engine. The head was bruised and stained with blood.

The police then sent the head to Mayo hospital. Meanwhile, RPF got the information of an identified headless body in Kazipeth. It informed that head got stuck in staircase and has reached Nagpur.
