Nagpur: In a shocking incident, a 22-year-old youth was stabbed to death late Monday night in the Jaripatka area of Nagpur over a dispute that had occurred the previous night at a hotel. The incident took place around 10:30 pm on December 8 near Rai Clinic Lane, beside the cement road at Misal Layout, Jaripatka.
The deceased, Aditya Pradeep Meshram (22), a resident of Indora, Barakholi, Galli No. 4, behind Shravasti Buddha Vihar, Jaripatka, was travelling on his EV vehicle (MH-49/CH 4815) when he was allegedly intercepted by the two accused.

According to police, the accused have been identified as Prit Ajay Borkar (24), resident of Barakholi, Misal Layout, Jaripatka, and Avishkar Ravindra Naik (24), resident of Plot No. 100, Bezonbagh, Jaripatka. Acting in conspiracy and seeking revenge for the altercation that took place around 11 pm on December 7 at a Saoji Hotel in Indora, the duo allegedly attacked Aditya with a sharp knife, inflicting a fatal stab injury on his neck.
Aditya was rushed to Mayo Hospital for emergency treatment, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
Following a complaint lodged by the deceased’s elder brother, Akash Pradeep Meshram (27), the Jaripatka Police registered an offence under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Acting swiftly, a police team led by PSI Sachin Khutwad arrested both accused and further investigation is underway.
