Nagpur News: A youth committed suicide by jumping into Futala lake early Saturday morning under the jurisdiction of Ambazari police station. The deceased is Pritish Ganesh Jethe (28), a resident of Aawle Nagar, Teka Naka, Nari Road.

As per the eye witnesses, on Saturday morning Pritish came to Futala lake and jumped into the lake at around 9.20 am. Eye-witnesses immediately called Ambazari police station who rushed to the spot with a team of divers. By the time, Pritish’s body was fished out from the lake he was already dead.

Cops searched his pockets and belongings for any suicide note but they got nothing.

Cops performed the panchanama and later sent the body for postmortem to Government Medical College and Hospital. Cops have registered a case of accidental in this regard and started their investigations.
