A 22-year-old man was arrested while another youth was booked for luring a 15-year-old girl into marriage and making fake promises. The case was registered by Dantoli police.
According to information, Swapnil Shravan Bhoyar (22), a resident of Rahul Nagar along with Raju Ramesh Lohe (22) made a fake marriage promise to the 15-year-old victim and took her with them.
On the basis of the complaint by girl’s parents, Dhantoli have registered an offence under Sections 363, 366 (a), and 34 of the IPC and started their investigations. Cops have arrested Swapnil in this regard and search for Raju is on.
