Nagpur: A pervert youth, along with his two accomplices, chased and molested a minor girl continuously for six days in Kalamna jurisdiction. Now, the accused youth is cooling his heels behind bars.
According to the complaint lodged by the 14-year old girl, a resident of Kalamna area, the accused Chunni alias Chhotu Janku Yadav (20) and his two unidentified accomplices chased her from the morning of November 28 to December 3 night and indulged in obscene acts. The victimised girl told police that whenever she left her house, accused trio, residing in same area, would chase her and resort to indecent gestures. Fed up with the ‘torture,’ the girl narrated the incident to her parents who asked her to accompany them to police station and register a case against the accused.
Kalamna PSI PM Randive booked the accused Chunni alias Chhotu Janku Yadav and two other unidentified accomplices under Sections 354, 354(D), 34 of the IPC read with Sub-Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Chhuni Yadav was arrested and the search for other two accused is on.
