Nagpur : Ajni Police on Wednesday booked a youth for allegedly sexually exploiting a young girl by promising to tie the nuptial knot with her.
The 20-year-old victim lodged a complaint that Aniket Chandrashekhar Tirpude (20), a resident of Shramjivi Nagar, Bajrang Nagar Road, established a morous relationship with her by promising to marry her. He raped her several times between August 25, 2017 and November 18, 2018.

Later, he refused to marry her. On the basis of the complaint, police registered an offence under Sections 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code against Aniket. PSI S S Bansode is investigating the case.
