The Jattarodi area on Sunday went numb as the brother of a 23-year old girl, who was arrested for clandestinely abetting sexual exploitation of five minor girls by her brother-in-law in Imambada, committed suicide by hanging. The deceased has been identified as Bunty Biraha (26). Bunty was apparently feeling ashamed for his sister’s role in the heinous crime. He was also left red-faced by the filthy talk against his sister by the residents and had himself became target of boiling anger of them many a time.
It is pertinent to recall that the accused girl Puja Rajesh Chutelkar (23) was arrested on charges of slyly abetting the sexual exploitation of five minor girls by her brother-in-law Nilesh alias Mirchilal Kishori Chutelkar (26) in Imambada area of city. The accused Nilesh had raped and sexually exploited the five minor girls over a period of one year and was arrested by Imambada police. At present, both Puja Chutelkar and Nilesh Chutelkar are lodged in Central Jail Nagpur.
After the arrest of Puja, the residents of the area indulged in a vicious tirade and talked badly against her. Ultimately, the deceased Bunty had to listen to the foul-mouthed words against his sister almost every day. Bunty himself was also subjected to severe beating many a time by the angry residents for his sister’s wicked folly. Feeling ashamed and fed up with the ordeal, Bunty Biraha decided to take the extreme step and ended his life by hanging in his house on Sunday.
Imambada police have registered a case of accidental death and investigating the matter further.
Meanwhile, mother of Bunty has charged the cops with deliberately neglecting the case and not probing the matter properly.
It may be recalled that Nagpur Today had flashed a report titled “Bizarre turn: Rape accused boy’s sister-in-law booked for helping him in sexually exploiting 5 minor girls” wherein it was reported that the heinous incident in which an evil-minded boy raped and sexually exploited five minor girls in Imambada area of city took a bizarre turn when cops booked the accused rapist’s sister—in-law and a delinquent boy on charges of clandestinely abetting the crime and helping him in his wicked act. The accused boy had raped and sexually exploited the five minor girls over a period of one year and was arrested by Imambada police after the situation turned volatile.
The accused Nilesh alias Mirchilal Kishori Chutelkar (23), resident of Jattarodi, Indira Nagar, Imambada, Nagpur, with devilish design in his mind, raped and sexually exploited the five minor girls of the same area over a period of one year. However, further investigations in the case revealed the most disgusting part of the heinous crime when the two other accused Puja Rajesh Chutelkar (23) and a delinquent boy were found clandestinely abetting and helping the accused Nilesh carry out his monstrous act.
