Nagpur: A young married woman was molested and abused in front of her own house by a neighbouring man in Hudkeshwar on Wednesday night. The pervert accused has been arrested.
The complainant 21-year old woman’s husband had gone outstation for some work and she was alone in house. Around 9.30 pm, the accused Mehboob Hasan alias Arsu Ahmed Masood Akhtar (28) in a high-pitched voice called the woman outside and molested her by indulging in indecent acts. When the woman scolded the accused for his nasty acts, he hurled filthy abuses on her. The bewildered woman registered a case against the accused with Hudkeshwar police in this connection.
Woman PSI Mohare, acting on the complaint, booked the accused Mehboob Hasan under Sections 354, 354(A) of the IPC and arrested him. Further probe is on.
