Young man attacked brutally over petty issue in Kalamna

Nagpur: Asking to remove an auto parked in the middle of road proved costly for a young man as he was attacked and injured seriously by three unidentified men in Kalamna area here on Friday, February 1 night. Cops have launched a search to apprehend the attackers.

A resident of Plot No. 171, Dipti Signal, Gopal Nagar, Kalamna, Dharmendra Kailas Kumbhre (21) was returning home after work around 10.30 pm on Friday, February 1. Midway near Udta Hanuman Mandir Square, opposite Loha Factory, Dharmendra saw an auto parked right in the middle of road and three unidentified persons talking with each other. He asked them to remove the auto from the road and then went to his home. Even as Dharmendra was parking his bike at home, the three unidentified men reached at his house and hit him on his head with a heavy object. The sudden attack rendered Dharmendra unconscious and he collapsed. Later, of the accused whipped out a sharp-edged weapon and stabbed Dharmendra on his abdomen. The three accused fled the spot after attacking Dharmendra.

Kalamna PSI D B Thakre has registered a case under Sections 326, 34 of the IPC against the three unidentified attackers and searching for them.
