Nagpur: In a tragic incident, a young labourer who was dismantling a building in Sitabuldi lost his balance and fell from second floor. The labourer died on the spot.
The deceased Rajesh Bhakru Wadiva (26), native of Lonavadi, District Chhindwara (MP), was deployed for dismantling a building at Modi No. 3, Sitabuldi. On Thursday around 11 am, while Rajesh was on the job, he suddenly lost balance and came crashing down from the second floor of the building. He received critical injuries and died on the spot itself even though he was taken to Mayo Hospital for treatment. Doctors pronounced Rajesh ‘brought dead.’
Sitabuldi PSI Gavai, based on a complaint lodged by Shailesh Sheshrao Raut (25) of Junivadi, Chhindwara, has registered a case of accidental death and probing the matter further.
