Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has shot just a few scenes of “XXX: The Return of Xander Cage” yet but the film’s helmer DJ Caruso is already in awe of her.
Deepika is making her much-talked about Hollywood debut with the Vin Diesel-starrer.
Sharing a photo of himself with the 30-year-old actress, the director tweeted, @deepikapadukone & me after slaying her first “Hollywood” scene. #xandercagereturns #xxx3. Honoured to direct her.”

The picture shows Deepika hugging Caruso. She is seen wearing a bathrobe. Caruso also shared with her fans that Deepika, who plays Serena in the hit franchise’s third instalment, will sport a tattoo on her wrist.
Heaping praise on her, Caruso further wrote, “She was spectacular on camera.”
Diesel is back as Cage, who returns to the National Security Agency after an eight-year absence. The film also stars Nina Dobrev, Samuel L Jackson, Ruby Rose, Jet Li, and Tony Jaa. It will will release in 2017.
