Nagpur News : The Tilak Patrakar Bhavan Trust together with the Nagpur Union of Working Journalist and Women’s Media Forum has organized a programme to felicitate the women journalist for their outstanding contribution in the field of journalism as well as the wives of the journalists for their remarkable contribution in different fields to mark the International Women’s Day on March 8, 2014.
Director of Raisoni College of Engineering Dr Preeti Bajaj was the Chief Guest for the occasion. Senior Sub-Editor of The Hitavada Chandana Ashish Roy, Hindi Translator of National Agmark Laboratories Sujata Anupam Soni, District Information Officer (Amravati) Shaileja Wagh, Naib Tehsildar Sandhya Anil Thakre, and Science Teacher of Bharti Krishna Vidya Vihar Shraddha Borkar were felicitated for their outstanding contribution in their respective fields.
President of Tilak Patrakar Bhavan Trust Pradip Maitra, General Secretary of the Trust Shirish Borkar, President of Nagpur Union of Working Journalists Bramha Shankar Tripathi, NUWJ General Secretary Anupam Soni and Governing Body members of the Trust and Executive Committee members along with many journalists were present on the occasion.
