Nagpur: Nandanvan police have booked two unidentified accused in their early 30s for allegedly molesting a 38-year-old-woman when she was returning home on Sunday night.
As per the obtained details, the survivor was riding her moped home when two men apparently in their early 30s intercepted woman near Laxmi Restaurant on Kharbi Ring Road.
The accused reportedly hurled abuses at her and also misbehaved with her. When she tried to resist them, one accused kicked her left leg, alleged 38-year-old survivor.
Following the woman’s complaint, Nandanvan police have registered a case under section 354, 323, 34 of IPC and started the probe.
