Really, these pictures are 100% legit! What you see before your eyes is indeed Priyanka Chopa – Miss World, Bollywood star, a Padma Shri awardee, National Award-winning actor who now has a hit American TV show all to herself and a massive upcoming Hollywood movie.
And she has been to the Oscars and back!
Phew, that’s an introduction to give even the most successful of you, really strong bouts of jealousy.

But the internet is an unforgiving place. Some of her die-hard fans have dug up the ghosts of Priyanka’s past which come in the form of her pictures from a 1999 photoshoot.
The actor’s fan pages on Twitter are sharing these pictures which are apparently what her mom sent to Femina all those years ago to get her into the Miss India competition. Priyanka was crowned the second runner-up and went on to win the Miss World title. The website Buzzfeed even spoke to her rep who confirmed that it is indeed Priyanka.
