The new ‘Hero’ on board Suraj Pancholi looked charming and dashing even as her heroine Athiya Shetty appeared confident with high degree of panache and poise, when the duo visited Nagpur on Wednesday to promote their upcoming flick – Hero.
Besides these debutant actors, Hero is more famous for its producers who have stood by the movie. Salman Khan’s banner SKF (Salman Khan Films) and Subhash Ghai’s Mukta Arts are jointly producing this film and both coming together has created much hype around the film.
On their visit to the city, both Suraj and Athiya spoke to Nagpur Today and shared their likings about their movie. When it came to the topic of Salman, the duo relentlessly showered their praise on their ‘Salman Sir’, their godfather in the industry.
Suraj said that he had full faith in Salman Sir and he was truly obliged when he decided to sign me for the movie. He said, “Salman Sir has been the strongest support for our lives. He is the best mentor and goes at length and does whatever it takes to back both of us.”
Similarly Athiya said, “Salman sir is an amazing producer, extremely protective, extremely supportive, leaves no stone unturned to bring out the best from us.”
Salman has also sung the title song for this movie. Sharing his feelings about this move of Salman, Suraj said, “It’s like a dream to have Salman sir sing for you as he had never done for anybody in the past. I am very lucky to enact on the song sung by him.”
Upon asking about their favourite scenes together in the movie, Athiya told though she could not reveal much but it is the scene at the airport which happens to be close to her heart.
