Nagpur Today : Living with any addict is difficult and strenuous experience. It can affect an individual physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In situations where the individuals don’t understand the disease of addiction it can make the circumstances even worse. Often family members of drug or alcohol addicts go through a lot of painful feelings as they struggle with their loved ones’ addiction. Mostly these family members are overlooked as help is being offered to the person with the addiction but not to them and in many occasions the family members don’t come out of their shell for help fearing what the society will think about them.
Hi Tech Wellbeing Centre has taken a special initiative by organizing a walkathon inviting everyone to participate and create awareness towards an Addiction Free Nagpur… and to let the family members of the addicts know that there is help available. Hi Tech Wellbeing will offer support and guidance to the family members of the addicts by teaching them techniques that can help them to be mentally, emotionally and spiritually fit.
