Wait is over! ‘Khasdar Sanskrutik Mahotsav’ from December 17 in Nagpur

Nagpur: After the halt of two-long years owing to Covid pandemic, the ‘Khasdar Sanskrutik Mahotsav,’ — the prestigious event of entire Vidarbha and Maharashtra – has get for grand comeback and will be organized from December 17 to 26 at Ishwar Deshmukh College Ground.

The cultural festival, conceptualized by Union Minister, Nitin Gadkari, will be held after Covid lockdown. The bhoomipujan of the place was held at the hands of Mayor Dayashankar Tiwari on Wednesday. Former MP Ajay Sancheti, MLC Pravin Datke, MLA Mohan Mate, MLA Vikas Kumbhare, MLA Krishna Khopde, President of cultural festival, Prof Anil Sole; Vice President, Ashok Mankar; Gaurishankar Parashar, Bal Kulkarni, Renuka Deshkar, Sanjay Gulkari, Ashish Wandile, Chetan Kayarkar and many others were also present on this occasion.

Addressing the gathering, Dayashankar Tiwari said, Gadkari had started Sanskrutik Mahotsav about five years ago to provide a platform to artists in city. The festival has given scope for the talents to showcase their art in front of the audience of over thousands of people. The festival will be held by following all the rules of COVID. Jaiprakash Gupta conducted the proceedings and Prof Rajesh Bagdi proposed a vote of thanks.
