VTA celebrate Diwali with mission to explore & promote tourism in Vidarbha

Nagpur: During recently concluded Annual General Meeting of Vidarbha Taxpayers Association (VTA) it was conversed and found that many members have themselves never visited jungle for safari in Vidarbha and thereby it was resolved that VTA shall make a trip to Tadoba as Diwali Milan cum mission to explore our surroundings and thereafter promote tourism.

Accordingly 22 members of VTA recently visited Tadoba Andhari Wildlife Sanctuary by private bus and had two jungle safari trips which resulted in amazing sighting of Tiger, Deer, Sambar, Wild Dog, Crocodile and other wildlife, thereby establishing famous proverb, Tadoba Never Disappoints.

J. P. Sharma – president and Tejinder Singh Renu – secretary of VTA welcomed all the members at the resort near Moharli gate of Tadoba Andhari Wildlife Sanctuary and motivated the members that Nagpur is Tiger Capital of India and we need to promote tourism as sanctuaries in our Vidarbha has much more potential. Likewise VTA team also found that the internal approach State roads to the Sanctuary Gates need to be improved as they are in bad shape. Even washroom facilities inside Sanctuary were badly maintained does delivering a bad name to our facilities.

Apart from wildlife safari the members had a great time with games at the resort and lot of fun; thereby returning to the city with lot of memories and pictures to remember them for a long time.

Other members in this jungle trip from VTA were Pravin Agrawal – Joint Secretary, Pawan Chopra – Treasurer, Executive Body and VTA Members Amarjeet Singh Chawla, Rajesh Kanoongo, Saqib Parekh, Rohit Kanoongo, CA Hemant Sarda, Yogendra Mohan Singh, Umesh Patel, Sharad Sonkule, Munish Malewar, Vicky Osan, Goldie Tuli, Chanchal Singh Renu, Surendra Kumar Jaiswal, CA Ankush Dewani, Harmanjeet Singh Baweja, Rajesh Rokde, Shrikant Oke and Pankaj Roshan.
