Security at polling booths has come under scanner with one of the voters clicking photograph of the EVM as well as the VvPAT machine.
The message was making rounds of social media showing photograph of the button pressed in the EVM and its corresponding result in the VVPAT. There is a very heavy police bandobast deployed at all the polling booths across the city. The general public, except press photographers are not allowed to carry cameras or other such device inside the polling booth.
However, one of the voters not only managed to carry the phone equipped with camera but also used it while exercising his franchise.
The question that is being asked is as to what action does the administration take on the issue.
