Nagpur: The Chairman of Nagpur Education Board Vaishali Jamdar has written Maharashtra Education Department for cancelling the NOC of Swami Awadheshanand Public School over violation of RTE Act.
The action came after several parents led by RTE Action Committee Chairman Shahid Sharif organised a protest against Swami Awadheshanand Public School for violating RTE norms and exploiting gullible parents and their ward.

Besides, being affiliated to Maharashtra State Board, Swami Awadheshanand Public School was reportedly teaching CBSC pattern to students, this shocking revaluation was brought to fore by RTC Action Committee Chairman Shahid Sharif. Acknowledging several irregularities against the school, the Chairman of Nagpur Education Board sought cancellation Swami Awadheshanand Public School’s NOC.
