Entrepreneurship Forum of Vidarbha Industries Association organized a comprehensive knowledge session titled “AI-Powered Business Transformation” on 24 January 2026 at VIA Auditorium, Nagpur.
The technical segment of the session featured two expert-led masterclasses focusing on operational and marketing transformation through AI.

The first masterclass, “AI-Driven Business Operations,” was conducted by R Ramakrishnan, Co-Founder of Immverse AI. His session covered the role of AI in automating business processes, optimizing workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making. He shared practical examples of how AI can reduce operational costs, improve accuracy, and enhance scalability across functions such as manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and service operations.
The second masterclass, “Marketing in the Age of AI,” was delivered by Pratik Rajurkar, Co-Founder of Polymath AI. His presentation focused on how AI is transforming modern marketing through customer personalization, predictive analytics, content automation, and account-based marketing. He also discussed the growing importance of AI-powered tools in lead generation, customer engagement, and building data-backed marketing strategies aligned with evolving consumer behaviour.
An interactive open house session followed, during which participants engaged with the speakers through questions and discussions on real-world use cases, challenges in AI adoption, and practical steps for implementation in small and medium enterprises.
The event successfully reinforced the role of artificial intelligence as a key driver of business transformation, highlighting its potential to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen marketing effectiveness, and support sustainable growth for enterprises in an increasingly digital economy.
Earlier, the program commenced with opening remarks by Abhijeet Khandagle, Convener, VIA Entrepreneurship Forum, who highlighted the rapid pace at which AI is moving from experimentation to enterprise adoption. He emphasized the need for entrepreneurs to understand AI not merely as a technology trend, but as a strategic capability that can significantly improve efficiency, decision-making, and competitiveness.
The welcome address was delivered by Antia Rao, Chairperson, VIA Entrepreneurship Forum. In her address, she underscored the Forum’s objective of enabling businesses to stay future-ready by building awareness around emerging technologies and translating them into actionable business outcomes.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Dipak Singh, who acknowledged the speakers for their insights and the participants for their active involvement.
The session was attended by representatives from industries viz. Diffusion Engineers, Foodverse Global, Inox Air Products, R&Y Logistics, RC Plasto, Simplex Chemopack, Safal Hospital, Truform Techno Products, SME owners, startup founders, and professionals from diverse sectors, reflecting strong interest in the practical adoption of artificial intelligence in business.
