Varun Dhawan has literally reborn in his screen avatar it seems. Atleast looking at the official trailer of his upcoming movie Badlapur gives that impression only. Varun has appeared in a never before rustic look in this Sriram Raghavan movie, in which he is playing a mature 40 year old man.
The trailer looks promising with the frame opening with a chiseled back of Varun with a dialogue running in his voice. The dark scenes of the movie justify the intention of the actor. The 1:40 minute trailer clearly gives you an idea about the lead character, Varun who has been seeking for revenge. Ready to forgive his enemy, he wants to torture him to death. We also see the transition in the character of Varun in the trailer, which looks pretty interesting.
You also get a sneak peak at the other characters of the movie including Yami Gautam, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Huma Qureshi, Vinay Pathak and Divya Dutta as well. Nawazuddin appears only for a few seconds in the trailer without any dialogues.
The movie slated to release in February 2015, has already marked an impression on the audience. We are looking forward to the movie being a hit next year.
