Nagpur: All set to profess your love and share your feelings to the one you care? But mind it before you set your tone along with your beloved at any of the prominent love locations in Nagpur! Of course, there could be threat of moral police but this year, even real police i.e. mein in khaki will also be there in civil dress, to not only check the extremities of anti-Valentine’s outfit but also to keep an eagle’s eye on any indecent behaviour in the seclusion of public places like Ambazari and Futala lakes, Botanical garden, the bushy stretches of Seminary Hills along with similar other areas in the city.

Talking exclusively to Nagpur Today, Senior Inspector at Ambazari police station, Balasaheb Khade said the police have no qualms in couples celebrating Valentine’s Day as it is their life choices but no amount of obscenity would be permitted. “Any couple caught in objectionable manner should be ready to face section 110,” Khade told Nagpur Today.

Khade informed that policemen would also strongly deal with any sort of hooliganism. In all about 130 cops would patrol and keep vigil in civil uniform.

“All are free to lead their lives the way they want but it should be within the limit of the law,” Khade quipped.
