Nagpur: A tragic incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon when an unidentified man, believed to be around 35 to 40 years old, was fatally struck by a train near Pole No. 834/34 in the Dhantoli area.
At approximately 1:15 pm on November 11, 2025, police received information about an unconscious man lying beside the railway tracks with grievous injuries, suspected to have been caused by a train accident. The victim was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.

Following a written report from the Station Manager of Ajni Railway Station, Dhantoli Police registered a case of accidental death. Further investigation, led by API Bhagat, is underway to determine the identity of the deceased and the exact sequence of events leading to the tragedy.
