Nagpur: CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) announced the UGC’s (University Grants Commission) NET 2017 results. This examination was held on 5 November 2017. Those who had appeared for the examination were early waiting for their results. They can see their results on cbsenet.nic.in. To check the results the candidates will need their application number and roll number.
CBSE’s UGC net exam is held twice in a year. This time for the NET examination 9,30,000 candidates had registered. The exam was conducted in 91 cities and at 1700 examination centres. According to CBSE total 4,09,439 men, 5,19,557 women and 3 transgenders had appeared. Out of these 75 per cent appeared for the examination. At 52 centres of Nagpur 12,000 students had appeared for NET examination.
During paper I and II the disabled students were given 25 minutes extra and for paper III 50 minutes. The results was announced on 2 Jan at night.
