Two booked for creating ruckus, attacking bar owner in Nandanvan

Nagpur: Nandanvan police on Tuesday booked two persons for allegedly creating ruckus at a bar on Kharbi Road. The accused duo also injured 45-year-old bar owner attacking him with beer bottles.

According to police sources, complainant Rajkumar Anjanikumar Mishra, a resident of Wathoda Ring Road owns Smith Bar in Orange Nagar on Kharabi road. On Tuesday night, while Mishra was in the bar, accused Sonu Wanve (26) and Lakhan Ingle (28) both residents of Shaktimata Nagar accosted him. The accused duo first created ruckus in the bar before thrashing Mishra with beer bottles and fled the spot. Severely injured Mishra then rushed to nearby hospital for primary healthcare.

He then lodged a complaint with the Nandanvan police station. Following his compliant, Nandanvan police have booked accused duo under Sections 326, 34 of the IPC and started the probe.
