Nagpur: One of the leading star Hotel Groups in the city – Tuli Group of Hotels announced their tie-up with Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation Limited (MTDC) for launch of Tuli Suites at the Nagzira-Navegaon base Camp at Sakoli.
In a press meet held on September 20, 2015, it was announced that the property owned by MTDC will be managed by the Tuli Hospitality to offer a tranquil environment which is sophisticated yet unrefined to create an ideal gateway to nature. A perfect weekend destination, the Tuli Suites at Sakoli is just 80 kilometers and 150 kilometers from Nagpur and Raipur respectively and will be inaugurated in the presence of MP, MLA and Collector.
Known for their chic ambience and warm conviviality, this resort by Tuli Group will offer an array of amenities like luxury cottages, blossomed gardens, lawns, lavish banquet, recreational room and a well designed, multi-cuisine restaurant. The resort also houses a ‘Machaan” for a breath-taking view of the natural milieu, Open air movie screening facility as well as a number of out-door activities to involve children and adults in exciting games on the field. Barbequing in the wild, fishing trips, treks to the nearby temple to making sand castles, the new Tuli Suites will captivate and engage every visitor to create a memorable experience.
Senior Regional Manager, Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation Limited (MTDC) Hanumant Hede commented that Tourism prospects are unlimited in Vidarbha and the whole State of Maharashtra. While developing certain tourist destinations, private parties are also involved in the development process. Since Tuli is a good brand, MTDC has joined hands to develop Nagzira-Navegaon Base Camp at Sakoli. He claimed that 1.5 lakhs to 2 lakhs tourists have visited various tourist destinations in Maharashtra.
Hanumant Hede added that there are many other Tourist destinations which are in the pipe-line for development. Paoni, Ambora, Chikhaldara and Tadoba. He claimed that they have recently added 16 new eco-friendly cottages.

He was explaining about Ghotangaon, a tourist destination which is 35 kilometers from Nagpur which has Tibetan settlement and just 1.15 hours drive from Nagpur. He added that Dalai Lama had an overnight stay in this place when he visited Nagpur. While speaking about Nagzira, he said that this is a good place for sighting Tigers, while Navegaon is a bird sanctuary.
Yug Tuli claimed that since September 27, 2015 is going to be celebrated as World Toursim Day, they will be inaugurating their Tuli Suites on September 28, 2015.
