Traders dupe businessman of Rs 4.40 lakhs

Nagpur: Two traders had allegedly duped a businessman of Rs 4.40 lakhs after procuring goods from him and not paying him.
On the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim Mahesh Agrawal, MIDC Police has registered a case against the accused duo Dinesh Jaju and Manish Kumar Agrawal.

According to police sources, the victim Mahesh Agrawal a resident of Gandhibagh has a company in MIDC named Padbana Fruit and Beverages. This company is involved in manufacture of Vinegar.

On May 2016, on the basis of the directions of Dinesh Jaju a resident of Wardha, the victim Mahesh Agrawal had supplied 195.50 Quintals of Vinegar costing Rs 4.40 lakhs to Manish Kumar Agrawal a resident of Madhya Pradesh.

However, the accused did not pay for the Vinegar which was supplied by the victim Mahesh Agrawal.

When the accused did not pay for the vinegar supplied by victim, Mahesh Agrawal lodged a complaint with MIDC police against the accused duo Dinesh Jaju and Manish Kumar Agrawal.
