Nagpur: Tirpude Institute of Management Education (TIME) organized ‘MindQuest’, an inter-collegiate competition on 15th October. The event provides a platform for students of various undergraduate colleges in Nagpur to showcase their presentation skills, creativity, knowledge, analytical skills and application of concepts and to compete. TIME is a leading Management Institutes in Central India that endeavours to encourage innovation in each sphere of student activity.

MindQuest consisted of two events – paper presentation competition and business quiz competition. Under paper presentation, the participants were required to select one theme from the given options – Startup India, consumer care and economy. They were then required to make a power point presentation to the audience. The business quiz competition consisted of a preliminary round and a final round.

The event was promoted in various undergraduate colleges in Nagpur, generating a huge response of over 60 entries from various participating college teams. All the rounds for both the competitions were judged by senior faculty members. The teams made their best efforts to impress the judges with their knowledge and style and performed very well. Cash prizes were awarded to the winning teams as follows: 1st prize for ‘Presentation’ competition was won by Persis Ratanparaj & Priyanka Sharma from City Premier College, 2nd by Shubham Toshniwal & Kashish Bhargava from Raisoni College and 3rd by Dolly & group from Caliber Point. Under the ‘Business Quiz’ category the 1st prize was won by Kushal Surana, 2nd by Ruchi Maloo and 1st & 2nd runners up were Laksh Vaswani and Himanshu Gajbhiye respectively.

Prof Nikhil Polke and Prof Abhishek Shahu coordinated the event very well under guidance of Director, Dr Lalit Khullar and Dean, Dr Sanjay Kavishwar.
