    Tipper rams into abruptly parked truck, one hurt


    Nagpur News.

    Atleast one person was hurt after a speeding tipper rammed into a stationary truck parked carelessly on the road. The incident happened on outer ring road near Pandhurna village. The truck driver was booked for haplessly parking his vehicle on the busy highway.

    Police sources said Anil Sonbaji Sonawane (38), a native of Yavatmal, parked his Tata truck (MH 31 W 7618) on Outer Ring Road, Highway No. 7, near Pandhurna village after a problem occurred in the truck. A tipper (MH 40 Y 4975) coming from rear dashed into the truck and the driver Sohan Ratiram Raghuwanshi suffered severe injuries.

    On the basis of the complaint lodged by Akash Wahne (19), Nandanvan police have registered an offence under Sections 283, 338, 427 of the IPC read with Sub Sections 122 and 127 of Motor Vehicle Act and booked the truck driver Anil.
