Nagpur: Three people including a woman have been booked for encroachment on another’s property and demanding Rs 15 lakh for leaving the place.
In a complaint lodged by Anmol Devidas Khaparde (45), the accused Mohd Amreen Aslam Siddiqui (35), Fatima Ashok Naikwar and Samsunnisha Mohd Ismail Pathan illegally started construction on the property belonging to Anmol and his brother Praful Khaparde at 12/a-11, Khasra No. 346/1, Bokhara Grampanchayat. When the brother warned the accused, they threatened and demanded Rs 15 lakh for leaving the property.
On the basis of the complaint of Anmol, a resident of 15/31, Plot No. 48, in front of Dr Mandavkar’s clinic, Lashkaribagh, Koradi police have registered an offence under Sections 447, 448, 467, 420, 384, 120 (b), 506, and 34 of the IPC.
