Nagpur News : Lakadganj police booked unidentified thieves for snatching away a gold chain worth Rs 40,00o Wednesday evening.
On Wednesday, the complainant Indu Anil Agrawal (30), a resident of old Wardhaman Nagar, was going to visit a tailor with her daughter on her scooty (MH 31 DM 0472). Two motorbike-borne thieves came from behind and snatched away gold chain worth Rs 40,000 worn by Indu at the road in front of Saroj Convent, East Wardhaman Nagar. Before she could raise an alarm, the thieves fled the scene. On the complaint of Indu, Lakadganj police registered an offence under Sections 392 and 34 of the IPC.
