The Koradi Cultural and Tourism Mahotsav aka Koradi Festival for which we all had been waiting for finally began on Monday giving a ‘kick’ to our festive spirit.
In a series of performances, noted singer Anuradha Paudwal will perform on Wednesday.
Nagpur district Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule, famed Bollywood singer Jeet Ganguly, MP Krupal Tumane, mayor Nandatai Jichkar, former minister Sulekhatai Kumbhare, divisional commissioner Anup Kumar, District Collector Sachin Kurve, sub-divisional revenue officer Avinash Katde, Mahadula nagar panchayat president Seema Jayaswal, sarpanch Archana Maind, Ashish Jayaswal and regional transport officer Sharad Jichka and others were present on the occasion.
The festival was inaugurated on Sunday which was followed by a Maha Aarti. Later, Jeet Ganguly spread a joyous melody in the ambience with his soothing songs.

Celebrity guest Jeet Ganguly thanked to all organisers of Koradi festival and said it was his privilege to perform in Nagpur and blessed to be specially here in the week of Navratri.
On Monday, Niranjan Bobde was also present ‘Bhavsandhya’, a programme of music, after mahaarti at 7 pm. This was followed by performance of noted danseuse Sudha Chandran.
After Maha Aarti at 7 pm on Tuesday, Manoj Tiwari presented ‘Jas geet gayan’.
