Nagpur: Call it a curse of modern society, the teenagers today are gradually inclined towards various social offences. In a similar incident, two teenagers were arrested by Jaripatka police for molesting a 13-year-old girl and threatening her family members. The incident took place on Tuesday at around 8 pm.
As per details, the 13-year-old victim was returning from her Karate classes at around 8 pm on Tuesday. Umesh Satyanarayan Yadav (19) and Nikunj Marotrao Umbalkar (19), both residents of Kaushalya Nagar, started stalking the girl. At Vishwajeet Buddha Vihar, the accused blocked the girl’s way and molested her with their foul language. The accused also reached her house and broke the main gate of her house.
On the basis of the complaint by the girl’s mother, Jaripatka police registered an offence under Sections 304 (d), 427, 504, 506, and 34 of the IPC and arrested both the accused.
