Teenage girl goes missing from Gurudwara in Panchpaoli

missing-logo (1)Nagpur: A 16-year old girl, who went to attend ‘langar’ at a Gurudwara in Panchpaoli area on Tuesday(June 7) night, got separated with her mother in the rush and since then went missing. Now, an intense search is on to trace the girl.

The 45-year old mother, in her complaint, told police that she, along with her 16-year old daughter, went to Baba Budhaji Nagar Gurudwara in Panchpaoli area around 10.30 pm to attend ‘langar’ being organized on the occasion of Guru Parva. However, the girl got separated with her mother due to rush of devotees. The young girl did not return home either even after considerable time and since then went missing. The panicky mother searched her daughter everywhere including at relatives but could not find her. Finally, she lodged a missing complaint with Panchpaoli police in this regard.

Similarly, another 17-year old girl, resident of Gittikhadan area, on Tuesday at about 5 pm, told her mother that she is going to her friend’s house and will return soon. But the girl did not return home till to date forcing her mother to lodge a missing complaint.

Panchpaoli and Gittikhadan police have registered both the cases under Section 363 of IPC and mounted a search to trace the girls.
